9.4 977pak accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account suspension or balance forfeiture following a breach.
10.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 977pak is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 977pak will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
